The basic activity of a startup is to convert ideas into usable products. These products are to be evaluated for their quality by how the customers respond. Only by then can a startup face the music and ask whether to pivot or persevere with the product/service line it provides. Nevertheless, all successful and valuable startup processes must be attuned to accelerate this feedback loop of BUILDING the product, MEASURING customer satisfaction and LEARNING from mistakes.
